How do I begin the process of a suing a former employer for non payment of overtime?
I worked for a company and was told their was no overtime. I worked 6 days a week, which the hours totaled almost 55-60 hours.

If you were not a salary employee, there has to be over time pay. Contact the wage and salary or the dept. of human right, they will direct you.
